• Manual harvest.
• Gentle grape crushing.
• Static cold settling.
• Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 13°C (55°F) for 25 days, using selected yeasts.
• No malolactic fermentation or oak aging.
Tasting Notes
• Appearance: Pale green wine with silver highlights.
• Aroma: Intense floral notes, like jasmine and white roses. Delicate hints reminiscent of
stone fruits, such as peach and apricot.
• Palate: A fresh and pleasant acidity, laced with a long finish leading into a flowery aftertaste.
