Pre-fermentative maceration at low temperatures.
Co fermentation of the three varieties, by means of natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures that oscillate at 26 °C (79 °F).
The wine was aged in 2nd use French oak barrels for a period of 8-12 months and then cellared in bottles for a minimum of 6 months before its launching.
• Red hues of very good intensity.
• Autumnal notes such as dry leaf, moist soil, raisins, dried figs, almonds and walnuts are noted.
• It shows a high and very smooth ointment. Its texture is silky and has an extensive end of mouth with reminiscences of autumnal aromas.
• Serve at 12-14 °C (54-57 °F).
