• Careful manual selection of custers .
• Pneumatic pressing system .
• Fermentation through selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks
at controlled temperatures, ranging 57 °F (14 °C) .
• No oak or Malolactic Fermentation.

Tasting Notes
Brilliant silver color .
Very intense and complex, where white peach and pear notes stands out .
Elegant floral aroma, sucli as jazmin and azahar .
Medium-body and delicate acidity with reminiscences of its prolongated intense perfume.
