We will start at 10:00 a.m., ending with a 6-course lunch at 12:30 p.m.
You will prepare the mise en place
You will make typical empanadas
You will create your own version of an empanada using creative ingredients
You will spend some time with our chef and his staff, sharing anecdotes and discussing tasks over a good glass of wine
