Tasting Notes
Pale yellow color, with a markedly steely and transparent tone.
Intense maracuja aroma, with notes of tomato leaf, mint and thyme.
In the mouth, it has a direct acidity, with mineral character, stone and chalk..
Serve at 7-8 °C (45-46 °F).
