• Carefl manual selection of clusters.
• Pre-fermentative maceration at low temperatures.
• Fermentation by means of natural and selected yeasts in controlled stainless steel tanks with temperatures that oscillate at 26 °C (79 °F) .
• The wine is in contact with French oak barrels for a period of 3 months and then cellared in bottles for a minimum of 3 months.
Intense bright and purple color.
Floral violet notes in the beginning and a very intense fruity reminding of red plum, strawberry and blackberry.
Fresh, mineral smooth texture. and balanced in the mouth, with a subtle mineral texture.
Serve at 16 °C.
