Hans Vinding-Diers, a recognized personality in the wine industry, has become our consultant winemaker since May 2015. Together with our winemaking team, his job is to optimize the expression of the Gualtallary terroir in our wines, and guide them towards greater expression of fruit and less alcohol, in line with international trends.
