Our culinary proposal was conceived based on Argentine cuisine, with local ingredients, emphasizing our perception of the mountain in every detail.
The products we use are mostly organic, harvested from an orchard near our winery, handpicked for Andeluna.
As a result, the menu changes with every season, and each team member brings something new to the table, from the chef to the sommelier, to ensure the best in each proposal, as we do in each harvest.
