  • Fermentation through selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, ranging 57 °F (14 °C).
  • No oak or Malolactic Fermentation.


Tasting Notes

  • Pale yellow color with attractive green and metallic shades.
  • Complex aroma, floral and citric, elegant and intense.
  • In the mouth, it gives a broad feeling, through a delicate acidity.
  • Serve at 45-46 °F (7-8 °C).
