The Wine Cellar

The construction of our cellar was completed in 2005, combining the latest technology with the ideal architectural design to compliment the setting. The cellar covers more than 4500 square meters and has tempretaure and humidity controls. Its production capacity is 1.600.000 liters in stainless steel tanks with storage space for 1200 casks. There is also an in-house laboratory for quality and labelling controls. We certify BPM standards, while our winemaking team receive constant training, both locally as well as abroad.
