  • Careful manual selection of clusters.
  • Pre fermentative maceration at low temperatures.
  • Fermentation through natural and selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures ranging 61 °F (16 °C).
  • No oak or Malolactic Fermentation.


Tasting Notes

  • Pale salmon color with a slight pink hue.
  • Aroma with remarkable notes of cherry and morello cherry, floral and herbal.
  • Silky texture and very fresh and balanced on the mouth.
  • Serve at 45-46 °F (7-8 °C).
